Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has launched the third outpost of its signature North Indian restaurant, Loya, following successful debuts in Delhi and Bengaluru.

🌿 Concept & Cuisine
- Celebrates the culinary heritage of North India, spanning Punjab, Uttarakhand, Kashmir, and the Himalayan foothills.
- Features traditional cooking techniques like dhungaar (smoke infusion), dum (slow cooking), baghaar, sigdi, and sil-batta.
- Signature dishes include:
- Gosht Ki Lazeez Pasliyan (succulent lamb ribs)
- Dal Jakhiya (spiced lentils)
- Loya Chaat (Mumbai-inspired street food twist)
- Kulfi Pops and Kathal Baingan Bharta.
🍸 Bar & Beverage
- The bar menu, titled Panjj (five), offers cocktails inspired by Indian spices and elements.
- Wine program curated by sommelier Arth Jain, featuring both Indian terroir-driven wines and global vintages.
🏛️ Design & Experience
- Interiors evoke a North Indian caravanserai, with sandstone arches, geometric motifs, and serene water features.
- Immersive elements include:
- Loya Qissa – storytelling sessions
- Loya Bazaar – brunches inspired by historic marketplaces
- Folk music curated by Shreyas Patkar.
Loya promises a multisensory journey that blends nostalgia with modern elegance—an elevated tribute to India’s rich culinary tapestry.
